How To Replace Shingles That Blew Off House Signed-off Walk-through Done Before Wind Storm. Replace Shingles Now Or Wait And See If We Even Have To?

Signed-off walk-through done before wind storm. Replace shingles now or wait and see if we even have to? - how to replace shingles that blew off house

Closing Date: 3/19/08
The buyer and his agent for a tour yesterday. The agent of the buyer said he had no time to tour this weekend before closing. Everything was in order.
During the night the wind blew shingles in the crowd. This was also the homeland.
Is it necessary to repair shingles, or the new owner is the responsibility of maintenance of acceptance of this new? Or should we wait until he says something (or even) before closing? I doubt that the buyer is seen driving around our house this week and possibly the missing tiles, but you never know. More or less by home inspection and walk and get everything that was signed before the wind. Council?

I bet they have risen through it already. If you do not, and there is further damage that additional compensation be paid if they can prove that he knew. It's the same thing happened with my niece and the seller pays for all stages ended for mold remake.

You need to replace the shingles, or the disclosure of the damage.

I know that the buyer is likely the engine is very often a new home .... most buyers are very excited that their friends, etc.

Once he does, call your real estate agent crazy and have a big problem on their hands.

It is done by the buyer, if you have another tour to the end ... and the broker has a great disservice to the top ... always the day before the closing or the morning to ensure that the property you bought is still intact.

You remain responsible for the house until closing.

If the state changes to the property, and not to disclose or correct, even if you close .. can continue to bring the court or force them to buy his house.

I strongly recommends that you water is very dangerous.

Moreover, if they do not require any major damage in the region, banks are often the experts to returnand inspect the property to ensure that they remain in the same condition.

When I was a participant, and it was a hurricane that was passed through an area where all closures, the property was to be reassessed.

PS: Zock are some good tips ... HOI pay for the damage. You have time to fix it before it closed.
