Hello,
I have 3 herniated discs in my neck. Nobody has had the treatment, in addition to the replacement of the disc fusion surgery or injections?

I happened in the lumbar spine, as results of the MRI showed that my doctor has a patch of fentanyl on me, do not offer surgery or injections, only the patch. Three years and still no pain. Good luck

Lol .... called chiropractic. But it is an "alternative" treatment of herniated discs. This is the main treatment. As the first step before surgery, it was cut because given the region remains unstable (a life-threatening damage to the spinal cord) or signs of cauda equina syndrome (blood flow to the nerves and can) be permanently damaged.

Look at someone who makes the Cox Distraction Technique. Surgery is what you do when conservative treatments fail. Most of the time to do the job.

Anti-inflammatories, rest and physical therapy worked for me. However, much depends on how the disc herniation. In the neck, a herniated disk can affect the spinal cord, causing paralysis from the shoulders down. Other forms of permanent damage is the loss of sensation, function or control of one or both arms. Please talk to your doctor about gravity. 3 Discs in the neck is very serious in general. I send the patient a neurosurgeon at 100% of the time, if nothing else, get a good professional advice.

My personal experience was a lumbar disc) in my small way (lower back. I suggest you talk to your doctor and ask many, many questions before making a decision. I hate to see him lose that function.

Good luck
